Cocowell is never from concentrate, has never been deep frozen and has never been flown around the world! Cocowell is grown and packed on the north east coast of Brazil - home to an overabundance of young green coconuts and a coconut farming community which plays a key role in creating and sustaining local employment as well as supporting the local economy. After harvesting and production, Cocowell is packed at source into tetra paks for the end user (not into export drums or deep-frozen as is common practice in the beverage industry). Packing the product on location is something we like as it creates work for local manufacturing and at the same time seals in the goodness at source.
