It has taken many years to find a good coconut milk to sell here at Coconutty. We were looking for a milk without fillers or added sugars, with a good consistency, a fairly low fat content and a delicious taste (not that we're choosy or anything). So here's the result. Celebes Organic Coconut Milk is a rich, sweet, milky white liquid derived from the meat of fresh coconuts.

The reason it tastes so good is that it's fresh squeezed kernels of coconut. The fat content is 13% (enough to give it a nice creamyness) and the principal fatty acid is lauric acid, which is the same fat found in mother's milk. If you use coconut milk to make smoothies, cocktails, desserts, soups or sauces, or anything else, this might just take them to a whole new level.

Ingredients: Organic coconut, guar gum.

Storage: Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 days.
