You can cancel or amend any order placed with Coconutty.co.uk, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched. If the order you want to cancel has been dispatched, you will need to wait until the order is delivered to you before you can cancel the order. The order can be returned to Coconutty at the address below for a refund.
Your order can be cancelled and monies refunded in full, by emailing email@example.com or writing to the address below, within seven working days after the day on which the goods were received. Your refund will be processed via the same payment method as your original purchase.
Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been tampered with or damaged please notify us on 0844 5003778 or firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to return. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
