Returns & Cancellation

We want you to be happy with your shopping experience at CocoNutty, which is why we have a 'no quibble' guarantee. Goods purchased can be returned for a full refund or exchange. Your order can be cancelled and monies refunded in full, by emailing info@coconutty.co.uk or writing to the address below, within seven working days after the day on which the goods were received. Your refund will be processed via the same payment method as your original purchase.

Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been tampered with or damaged please notify us on 01924 825681 or info@coconutty.co.uk if you wish to return.
For your own protection when returning any goods, we suggest that you use Recorded Delivery.

Please follow these simple steps when returning an item

- The reason for your return
