Shipping times next business-day when ordered before 1pm on a business day. We accept no liability arising from non delivery, but we will offer a refund of the shipping fee if order not delivered by 5.30pm next business day. If delivery is delayed as a result of there being no one present to sign for the package, a refund will not be offered.
Your order will be shipped once: i) Payment has been approved. ii) The delivery/billing address has been verified. iii) If you have ordered an item from a waiting list it will be shipped once the merchandise is in stock.
In calculating when your order will arrive, start with the day in which all three of these prerequisites have been met and count only business days thereafter. Any items out of stock will be notified within 3 days and an alternative or full refund offered.
Please note that customers living outside the European Union may incur import taxes and duties, which may involve delays. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any of these additional charges. We are only able to deliver to the billing address of the credit or debit card.
Cancellation
You can cancel or amend any order placed with Coconutty.co.uk, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched. If the order you want to cancel has been dispatched, you will need to wait until the order is delivered to you before you can cancel the order.
