COCONUT WATER: STARS GO NUTS FOR NEW HEALTH DRINK  Demi Moore has invested in US company Vita Coco US STARS are going nuts for a new drink – green coconut water which goes on sale in Britain today. Singer Madonna, 50, actress Demi Moore, 47, and actor Matthew McConaughey, 40, have invested in US company Vita Coco – which imports coconut water from Brazil. The juice is the only thing super-fit Madonna will drink after a gruelling two-hour workout. It will be sold at Waitrose, Budgens and Selfridges Food Hall in London from today. The drink, which is made from 100 per cent pure juice of young green coconuts, is cholesterol free and very low fat. Madonna is said to have drunk “pints” of the juice on her Sticky & Sweet world tour. Vita Coco boss, Mike Kirban, said last night as he unveiled his celebrity shareholders: “This group of investors chose to invest because they’ve all been brand loyalists, drink Vita Coco regularly and believe in the growth potential of the Vita Coco brand.”
