Fresh Young Green Tender Coconuts

There is 300 to 600 ml of clear sterile water in each young coconut, containing electrolytes, vitamins and enzymes. Then there's the jelly lining inside which can be spooned out and eaten or added to raw smoothies or used in a probiotic coconut pudding kefir - amazing!

We obtain fresh each week so please allow up to 7 days delivery. You can specify an alternative delivery address or instructions at checkout in case you may be out. Recommended usage within 5 days.

Young green coconuts are also known as Jelly Nuts, Taropa and Tender Coconuts.

To open, you will need a very sharp knife and/or a COCOTAP. If you just want the coconut water without the hassle of opening the nut, go for our 100% pure coconut water.
