- Highlands and Islands: Deliveries to remote locations (including the Scottish Highlands or UK islands) are available at the rates above but may take up to 2 business days longer to arrive.
- Small Parcels (Royal Mail): £2.95 for orders up to 9.99kg. Delivery takes 3–5 business days.
- Heavy & Bulk Goods (Courier): Rates range from £9.99 to £39.99 depending heavily on weight (brackets range from under 25kg up to 500kg bulk pallets). Delivery options for courier transit take either 3–5 or 5–8 business days. Your exact weight-based courier rate will be calculated instantly at checkout.
Prompt delivery guarantee
We will refund any delivery cost you have paid if the courier arrives later than your chosen delivery option selected at checkout. Please note that dispatch happens every working day and not on weekends, therefore orders placed after 1pm Friday are dispatched the following Monday.
Cancellation or changes
You can cancel or amend any order placed with Coconutty.co.uk, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to wait until the order is delivered to you before you can cancel the order. You can then return the order to Coconutty for a refund. Please see Returns and Refunds policy. Coconutty Ltd reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at its discretion.
