3. Prices and Products

  • Currency and Tax: All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£). Coconutty Ltd is not registered for VAT under UK turnover thresholds; therefore, VAT is not charged, and prices do not include VAT. Delivery costs are clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • Pricing Errors: In the rare event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we are not obligated to supply that item at the incorrect price. We will contact you before dispatching the item to give you the choice of reconfirming at the correct price or cancelling your order for a full refund.

4. Order Acceptance and Contract Formation

  • Order Placement: Your electronic order submission represents an offer to purchase our goods.
  • Contract Formation: A binding legal contract is only formed between you and Coconutty Ltd at the exact moment your items are explicitly dispatched from our warehouse. Up until dispatch, we reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, in which case a full and immediate refund will be issued.

5. Delivery and Right to Cancel

  • Delivery Timescale: We aim to deliver within 2 to 5 working days, but all orders are legally guaranteed to arrive within 30 days in compliance with UK distance selling rules.
  • Statutory Cooling-Off Period: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to change your mind and cancel your contract within 14 days of receiving your goods.
  • Our 30-Day Guarantee: We extend this period to 30 days. To initiate a return, notify us at info@coconutty.co.uk. Items must be returned in resaleable condition.
  • Exclusions: Due to health, safety, and hygiene rules, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on perishable goods or hygiene-sensitive items if their safety seals or original packaging have been opened or broken after delivery.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Forwarded Packages

  • Inspection: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photo evidence. We will replace or refund it.
  • Address Guarantee: Our transit guarantees cover the parcel only to the original delivery address provided on your Shopify order.
  • Forwarded Packages: We cannot be held responsible for a damaged parcel that has been forwarded on to another address by a third party.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • General Use: This website is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime or technical errors.
  • Consumer Rights: Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liabilities that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
