Shipping policy
Shipping & Delivery Policy
All stock is held at our warehouse in West Yorkshire and is dispatched on a daily basis (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). We do not use drop-shipping or overseas fulfillment services; your order comes directly from us.
1. Dispatch & Processing Times (Handling Time)
- Standard Processing: Orders are typically verified, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
- Daily Cut-Off: For Express Delivery, orders placed before 1:00 PM on a business day will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or over the weekend will be processed the following business day.
- Out of Stock Items: On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, we will notify you within 2 business days to offer an alternative item, an estimated waiting time, or a full immediate refund.
2. Shipping Rates & Transit Times
Available options are automatically calculated and can be chosen at checkout based on your exact delivery address and order weight:

- Highlands and Islands: Deliveries to remote locations (including the Scottish Highlands or UK islands) are available at the rates above but may take up to 2 business days longer to arrive.
Northern Ireland Shipping
Due to varying carrier structures, shipping to Northern Ireland is calculated strictly by parcel weight at checkout.
- Small Parcels (Royal Mail): £2.95 for orders up to 9.99kg. Delivery takes 3–5 business days.
- Heavy & Bulk Goods (Courier): Rates range from £9.99 to £39.99 depending heavily on weight (brackets range from under 25kg up to 500kg bulk pallets). Delivery options for courier transit take either 3–5 or 5–8 business days. Your exact weight-based courier rate will be calculated instantly at checkout.
Please note: We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland only. We do not offer international shipping.
3. Delivery Addresses & Verification
To ensure the security of your transaction and protect against fraud, all orders go through a routine payment approval and address verification process before shipping.
- While we allow shipping to alternative delivery addresses (such as your workplace), your billing address must exactly match the address registered to your payment card.
- If our security system flags an address mismatch or potential fraud, our customer service team will reach out to verify your details before the order is dispatched.
4. Damaged Items & Forwarding Policy
Please inspect your parcel immediately upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us at info@coconutty.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and outer packaging.
- Address Guarantee: Your parcel is guaranteed only to the original delivery address provided on your order.
- Forwarded Packages: We cannot be held responsible for a damaged parcel that had been forwarded on to another address by a third party.
